Partner Terms
The following terms apply to all travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners working with Ila Makkah.
1. Partnership Eligibility
Travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), corporate travel providers, and other approved businesses may apply to become an Ila Makkah partner. Partnership approval is subject to review and acceptance by Ila Makkah.
2. Booking Requests
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Ila Makkah. Reservations are confirmed only after written confirmation has been provided by our team.
3. Accurate Information
Partners are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including passenger names, contact information, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, flight information (where applicable), and any special requirements. Ila Makkah is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Pricing
Partner rates are confidential and intended solely for the approved business partner. Prices may be updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon during the partnership setup. Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delayed services, suspension of credit facilities, or termination of the partnership.
6. Booking Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel bookings should be submitted as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation policy.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to fulfill every confirmed booking, services remain subject to factors beyond our reasonable control, including road closures, weather conditions, government regulations, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Professional Conduct
Both Ila Makkah and its partners agree to maintain professional communication, mutual respect, and ethical business practices throughout the partnership.
9. Confidentiality
Business information, pricing, customer details, and any confidential materials exchanged between Ila Makkah and its partners must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
10. Liability
Ila Makkah's liability is limited to the transportation services it provides. We are not responsible for losses or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, accidents, flight delays, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate
Ila Makkah reserves the right to refuse bookings or suspend or terminate a partnership in cases of fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, abusive behavior, non-payment, or misuse of our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ila Makkah may update these Partner Terms from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future bookings and partnership activities.
